According to the state government, another major investment will come from ACE Gases Technology Pvt. Ltd., which plans to invest ₹750 crore in Dindori for the production of liquid medical oxygen and industrial gases.

On Wednesday (June 11), the Maharashtra government signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹44,710 crore with eight major companies at the Vidhan Bhavan in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Industries Minister Uday Samant. The investments will cover sectors such as aerospace, data centres, steel manufacturing, green initiatives, hydrogen and natural gas storage systems, and fibre production. These projects are expected to generate around 7,000 jobs in the state.

The investment by Tata Technologies is expected to strengthen Nashik’s growing status as a defence hub and innovation centre. The move is also likely to boost the defence cluster connecting cities such as Nashik, Pune, Nagpur, Ahilyanagar and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Meanwhile, ACE Gases Technology plans to set up a major facility in Talegaon-Akrale in Dindori taluka. According to a report submitted to the state’s industries department in March 2026, the project aims to produce around 300 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen per day once fully operational.

This large-scale investment is expected to accelerate industrial growth in Maharashtra and strengthen the state’s position in advanced manufacturing and defence-related industries.
