DY Patil Medical College Announces Free Cleft Lip & Palate Surgery Camp in Pimpri from December 5–7, Offering Complete Treatment, Hospital Stay and Meals at No Cost

A three-day free medical camp by DY Patil Medical College and Mission Smile will provide screening, surgery, counselling and care for children with cleft lip and palate.

Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Pimpri, in collaboration with the government-registered medical charitable trust Mission Smile, has announced a free surgery and treatment camp for children with cleft lip and cleft palate from December 5 to 7, 2025.

The camp will include free screening, surgery, counselling, medication, hospital stay and two meals per day. Both new patients and previously operated children are eligible for evaluation by expert doctors. The screening process will begin on December 5 at 8 AM at the Plastic Surgery Department (OPD No. 5A).

Organisers have appealed to families to make full use of this rare free opportunity.
