Those who have already submitted their applications can make corrections to Part-1 of the admission form.

Application Locking is Mandatory

One of the most important aspects of the second round is that all student applications have been technically unlocked by the Directorate of Education. Students are therefore required to review their applications carefully and lock them before the deadline.

The administration has warned that students who fail to lock their applications may become ineligible for further admission procedures under this round.

Record Registrations on the First Day

The online admission process has received an overwhelming response from students across the state. On June 7, 2026 alone, as many as 68,258 students successfully completed their registrations through the online system.

With such a significant increase in applications, intense competition is expected for admission to reputed junior colleges. The Directorate of Education has urged students, parents, and principals of junior colleges to take note of the deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required procedures.

The department has also directed authorities to ensure that information regarding the admission process reaches students in both rural and urban areas.
