Through this portal and web app, residents can register complaints regarding various issues—such as roads, water supply, sanitation, electricity, drainage, and internal housing society problems—ensuring they reach the relevant departments directly. This system will enhance transparency and help reduce the time required to resolve grievances.

The event was attended by PCMC Corporators Nikhil Borhade and Dr. Vilas Sable, along with Sanjeevan Sangle (President, Chikhali-Moshi Society Federation), Sandipan Zhombade, Santosh Nisargandh, Azhar Khan, Prof. Sanjeev Suryavanshi, Ashok More, Babaji Kalamkar, Adv. Atul Kamble, Sandip Kumbhar, Vishwanath Temgire, and Pankaj Pawar, alongside a large number of citizens and dignitaries. We have launched a grievance redressal portal and a society management web app to ensure that complaints from ward residents are resolved in a timely, transparent, and effective manner. Digital platforms will facilitate better communication and coordination between the administration and citizens, while also accelerating service delivery. We urge the residents of Ward No. 8 to take advantage of these facilities. Alongside civic amenities, health-oriented blood donation drives and eco-friendly tree plantation initiatives are the need of the hour. Therefore, we have implemented public-interest initiatives while avoiding unnecessary expenditure.
