Serving citizens continuously for the past 12 years, the helpline has emerged as a reliable platform for addressing public grievances with the motto, “One Call, Problem Solved.” Residents have been urged to immediately report rain-related civic problems such as waterlogging, fallen trees, power outages, damaged roads, or any other emergency requiring coordination with government agencies.
The helpline team is working in close coordination with the concerned departments to facilitate swift action and minimize inconvenience to residents. Citizens have also been requested to circulate the helpline numbers across WhatsApp groups in their housing societies, wards, and local communities to ensure timely assistance reaches those in need.
