10 Students from Rajmata College Excel in GPAT 2026, Secure National Recognition

Pimpri-Chinchwad | Education News | In a remarkable academic achievement, ten students from the College of Pharmacy at Rajmata Jijau Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Dudulgaon Educational Campus have successfully cleared the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026, earning prestigious ranks at the national level and bringing pride to their institution.
The GPAT is a highly competitive national-level examination that plays a crucial role in admissions to M.Pharm programs, scholarships, and research opportunities in the pharmaceutical field. The outstanding performance of these students reflects their dedication, consistent efforts, and the strong academic guidance provided by the faculty.
Among the top achievers, Omkar Thorat secured 224 marks with an All India Rank (AIR) of 1444, followed by Chinmayi Shinde (200 marks, AIR 2692), Janvi Umap (197, AIR 3219), Dhiraj Jankar (191, AIR 3796), and Parth Jadhav (188, AIR 4103). Other successful candidates include Shruti Bhujbal (179, AIR 5063), Tanuja Sonawane (178, AIR 5267), Shridhan Randhave (168, AIR 6712), Akshada Shinde (161, AIR 7500), and Akash Tile (144, AIR 12299).
The achievement has been widely appreciated by the institution’s leadership, including Principal Dr. Amol Kumbhar, President and former Bhosari MLA Vilasrao Lande, Secretary Sudhir Mungse, Trustee Vikrantji Lande, Treasurer Ajit D. Gawhane, Management Representative Prof. Kiran Chaudhari, and Registrar Ashwini Bhosale. Special credit was also given to GPAT In-charge Prof. Shakeela Shaikh and the entire teaching staff for their valuable mentorship.
