Health Minister Abitkar, MLA Shankar Jagtap Review Healthcare Services at Sangvi District Hospital
Pimpri-Chinchwad | Maharashtra Health Minister Dr. Prakash Abitkar and MLA Shankar Jagtap conducted a comprehensive inspection of the District Hospital at Sangvi to review the quality of healthcare services and assess the overall functioning of the government healthcare facility.

During the visit, the Health Minister and MLA Jagtap were accompanied by newly appointed District Civil Surgeon Dr. Ambadas Devmane and senior health officials.
The delegation reviewed patient care services, hospital infrastructure, availability of medicines, treatment facilities, and the functioning of various departments. They also interacted with hospital officials to understand existing challenges and directed them to implement necessary improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery.
Health Minister Dr. Prakash Abitkar emphasized the State Government’s commitment to strengthening public healthcare infrastructure and ensuring that citizens receive timely, affordable, and quality medical services. He instructed officials to address critical issues on priority and improve patient-centric services across the hospital.
MLA Shankar Jagtap reiterated that providing accessible and efficient healthcare to the residents of Sangvi and the surrounding areas remains a top priority. He assured that continuous follow-up would be undertaken to strengthen hospital infrastructure, improve medical facilities, and ensure better healthcare outcomes for the people.
