‘E-Auction’ for 35 Plots by PMRDA
Pimpri Chinchwad | Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) will be allotting 35 plots on an online e-auction basis under an 80-year leasehold model.
This includes 32 amenity plots from various villages in Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas, 2 reserved educational plots, and 1 public utility plot (Library/Music School). Applications are invited from interested individuals/institutions fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria.
The allotment of these plots will be done through e-auction. Registration and bid document downloads are to be done from 5:00 PM on 21/07/2025 to 5:00 PM on 11/08/2025 via the website https://eauction.gov.in.
The technically qualified bidders will be announced on 21/08/2025, and the e-auction process will begin on 22/08/2025 at 11:00 AM on the same website.
