“Aadhaar Update Camp Successfully Conducted by Ranjit (Aba) Kalate Foundation – Over 225 Citizens Benefited”
On the occasion of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ birthday, the social initiative received an overwhelming response under the guidance of MLA Shankarbhau Jagtap.
Wakad/Pimpri-Chinchwad | On the occasion of the birthday of Maharashtra’s popular and visionary Chief Minister Hon. Devendra Fadnavis, and under the inspiration and guidance of Chinchwad’s dynamic MLA Hon. Shankarbhau Jagtap, the Ranjit (Aba) Kalate Foundation organized a special “Aadhaar Card Update Camp”, which concluded with remarkable success.
The initiative received tremendous response from local citizens, with over 225 individuals availing the free services provided at the camp.
Highlights of the Camp:
Updates for name, address, mobile number, photo, and biometrics were carried out efficiently, smoothly, and completely free of charge.
Trained volunteers and Aadhaar officials ensured that citizens received assistance without any difficulties.
Dedicated support assistants were appointed for each citizen, ensuring senior citizens and women received proper guidance.
Promotion of digital literacy – citizens were given hands-on demonstrations for mobile OTP processes and the usage of the Aadhaar app.
Eco-friendly setup – limited use of paper with a focus on digital processing.
Public Response:
Citizens who attended the camp expressed great satisfaction. Several individuals, who had long-pending issues with their Aadhaar details, were finally able to resolve them, expressing their gratitude with joy. The initiative proved especially beneficial for senior citizens, women, and the working class.
