State-owned oil marketing companies have released the latest petrol and diesel prices for Thursday, July 23, 2026, with updated fuel rates now applicable across Maharashtra. The revised prices were issued by Indian Oil (IOC), Bharat Petroleum (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) as part of their daily fuel price revision carried out every morning at 6 AM.

Fuel prices continue to play a crucial role in the daily lives of millions, as any increase or decrease directly impacts transportation costs, household expenses, food prices, and overall inflation. Among major cities, Nashik recorded the highest petrol price at ₹112.44 per litre, followed by Pune at ₹112.04 and Nagpur at ₹111.80. In comparison, Thane reported one of the lowest petrol prices at ₹107.98 per litre, while Yavatmal recorded petrol at ₹104.18 per litre.
