FDP on “Personality Development programme”
Rajamta Jijau Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Arts Commerce and Science college organized ” A FDP on Personality Development programme” on 27th August 2026.The Guest Ms.Shalu Ramnani aimed to educate faculty about the importance of communication and Also about 7C’s of communication,types of listening,importance and implementation while teaching.
The programme was graced by the Founder President Hon Mr Vilas Lande, Secretary Hon Mr Sudhir Mungase, Principal Prof. Kiran Chaudhari, Register Mrs. Ashwini Bhosale.
The Programme commenced with warm welcome and Introduced the today’s Resource Person Ms.Shalu Ramnani by Prof.Shital Alhat and followed by the felicitation ceremony.
The session sucessfully conducted by Ms.Shalu Ramnani.
The speaker also discussed various communication like clarity,concise,complete and coherent. All Faculties actively participated in the 2 session of Faculty Development workshop.
