Grand Portrait Exhibition Marks Dr. Patil’s Birthday
Over 1,000 students participate in creative tribute and social initiatives
Dr. D. Y. Patil Varale | A unique and inspiring portrait exhibition was organized at Dr. D. Y. Patil Varale Institute on the occasion of the birthday of Chairman Dr. Sushant Patil. The initiative, led by students, witnessed enthusiastic participation and creativity on a grand scale.
As part of the celebration, students created artistic portraits of Dr. Sushant Patil and Adv. Anuja Sushant Patil, which were showcased in a well-organized exhibition. More than 1,000 students actively participated and paid tribute by holding the portraits together, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere on campus.
The initiative was conceptualized and executed under the guidance of the teaching staff and students, with strong encouragement from Executive Director Mr. Vidyanand Mankar. Key contributions were made by Principal Dr. Suresh Mali, Principal Dr. Suresh Shirbhadarkar, Director Dr. Meghna Bhilare, Principal Mr. Rajaram Golgire, CFO Rohan Pawar, Head Accountant Mr. Sanjay Bhor, Academic Dean Dr. Yogesh Gurav, Registrars Mr. Namdev Vetale and Mr. Pradeep Khandve, along with several faculty members.
Student volunteers including Harshali Pawar, Sakshi Bhanushali, Hemant Patil, Anisha Priya, Shruti Pendhare, and others played a significant role in creating the portraits, while more than 30 coordinators ensured smooth execution of the program.
Special efforts by Creative and Cultural Director Mr. Shreyas Deshpande, Media Head Unmesh Korde, and other faculty members contributed to the grand success of the event.
Adding a social dimension to the celebration, a blood donation camp was also organized under the leadership of Prof. Sandesh Patil. Students actively participated, demonstrating their sense of social responsibility.
Overall, the event stood as a remarkable example of unity, leadership, and social awareness among students. Dr. Sushant Patil and Adv. Anuja Sushant Patil expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone for this unique and memorable tribute.
