CM Dr. Pramod Sawant Distributes Appointment Letters to 21 Accountants Selected by GSSC
Newly recruited Accountants inducted into Directorate of Accounts at Mantralaya, Panaji
Panaji | Representative — The Government of Goa on Tuesday organised a programme at Mantralaya, Panaji, where Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant distributed appointment letters to 21 newly selected Accountants recruited through the Goa Staff Selection Commission (GSSC) for the Directorate of Accounts.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sawant stated that the recruitment process was conducted in a transparent and merit-based manner through GSSC. He congratulated the selected candidates and encouraged them to serve the state with dedication, integrity, and professionalism.
The Chief Minister emphasised the important role played by the Directorate of Accounts in maintaining fiscal discipline and ensuring efficient financial administration of the state. He also reiterated the government’s commitment to timely and transparent recruitment across departments to strengthen governance and improve public service delivery.
The programme was attended by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Goa, the Director of Accounts, and other senior officials.
