Underground cable work finally underway in Morya Nagar!
Relief to citizens: Initiative of Corporator Sachin Tapkir

Pimpri-Chinchwad: There is good news for the citizens of Morya Nagar, Tajne Mala area in Charholi ward number 3. The work of laying underground cables was pending for the last several days, due to which the citizens had to suffer a lot due to road excavation, incomplete works and frequent problems.

Under the guidance of BJP MLA Mahesh Landge and Hon. Mayor Nitin Kalje, due to the consistent follow-up of Corporator Sachin Tapkir and the cooperation of the concerned departments, the work of laying underground cables has finally been completed. This work will reduce the frequent excavation and will also help reduce disruptions in power supply and other basic services. These improvements will provide great relief to the citizens and pave the way for more efficient development of basic facilities in the area.
Meanwhile, immediate work was done on the complaints of the citizens under the guidance of Corporator Sachin Tapkir. A large pothole was formed in the drainage chamber at Chovisawadi and the road at Vadmukhwadi, causing water to accumulate in it. Both the works have been successfully completed. Corporator Sachin Tapkir said, “We are constantly trying to keep the facilities in the area in better condition and responding to the complaints of the citizens promptly is our priority.”
In addition, the repair and asphalting work of the side strip on Alankapuram Road has also been successfully completed. This work was done in a planned manner during the night to avoid any disruption to traffic and traffic congestion.
“The work of laying underground cables and asphalting of roads has been completed for the convenience of the citizens of Morya Nagar. Completing this work on time and in a planned manner was our priority, as it was necessary to reduce the inconvenience caused to the citizens due to incomplete works. We focus on maintaining not only the underground cables, but also the drainage chambers, roads and other basic facilities in good condition. We register the complaints of the citizens immediately and take immediate measures on them.
