According to official statistics released by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Pune Airport has demonstrated outstanding performance in terms of service quality. In this competition, Goa Airport secured the second position, while Indore Airport took the third spot. Consequently, another feather has been added to Pune Airport’s cap of honors.
The ‘ACI-ASQ Survey 2025’ (Airport Service Quality Survey) was conducted across all airports in the country. This survey was based entirely on passenger experiences. It evaluated various parameters, including airport cleanliness, security arrangements, check-in procedures, staff demeanor, available amenities, and overall passenger satisfaction. Pune Airport triumphed on all these fronts. Coinciding with the 31st Foundation Day of the Airports Authority of India, these awards will be presented on March 31, 2026. On this occasion, officials from Pune Airport will be specially felicitated.
Expressing his delight over this achievement, Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Murlidhar Mohol, stated, “It is a matter of great pride that Pune Airport has secured the first rank in the country. This success is a testament to the efforts undertaken to provide excellent services to passengers. In the times to come, Pune Airport will remain committed to providing world-class facilities to travelers.”
