Pimpri-Chinchwad | The path has finally been cleared for the concreting of the 18-meter-wide ‘Trioz-Jhulelal Tower’ road in Pimple Saudagar—a project that had been pending for many years and holds immense importance for the local citizens. Thanks to the persistent efforts and continuous dialogue with the administration by BJP City President and Corporator Shatrughna (Bapu) Kate, along with Corporators Anita Kate and Kunda Bhise, the actual work on this road has now commenced.

Notably, this road passes through the central part of Pimple Saudagar and serves as a vital link connecting numerous residential housing projects. However, due to issues regarding land acquisition, technical hurdles, and administrative reasons, the concreting of the road had remained stalled for several years. As the road remained incomplete, citizens were forced to endure the nuisance of dust, traffic congestion, and general inconvenience.
Meanwhile, with the commencement of the road work, office bearers of local housing societies, residents, and citizens are expressing their joy and relief. The ‘political will’ demonstrated by the BJP public representatives in this matter marks a significant step towards making Pimple Saudagar an even ‘smarter’ locality. The event marking the launch of this project was attended by entrepreneurs Sandeep Kate, Sanjay Bhise, and Dhananjay Bhise, as well as a large number of other prominent citizens and social activists from the area.

City President Shatrughna (Bapu) Kate stated, “We held regular meetings with the Municipal Corporation administration and, through continuous follow-ups with senior officials, successfully resolved all the obstacles standing in the way. It gives me immense satisfaction to see the promise—which I made to the residents of the Trioz and Jhulelal Towers societies, as well as the citizens of Saudagar, during the elections—finally being fulfilled. This road is not merely a cement-concrete thoroughfare; it serves as the very ‘lifeline’ of connectivity for this entire region.” Work had come to a standstill due to technical difficulties; however, through continuous dialogue with the administration, the project has finally been set back on track today. Shatrughna Kate further stated on this occasion that the road would be completed with high quality and speed, and would soon be made available for public use.
