Mahindra Logistics Ltd. Historic wage hike agreement!

Pimpri-Chinchwad: The third wage hike agreement between Mahindra Logistics Ltd. and Swabhimani Shramik Workers’ Union has been concluded, and this has become the biggest record agreement in the history of the logistics industry. This agreement was formalized at a program organized at the company’s office in Nighoje, Chakan Industrial Estate. The workers have expressed satisfaction after this agreement.

At the agreement ceremony, Chief Advisor MLA Mahesh Landge, Rohidas Gade, President Jeevan Yelawande, as well as Associate Va. President H. R. Sanjay Gawde and Assistant Va. President H. R. Pradeep Zoting were present from the company.
The main facilities in the agreement are as follows. This includes total salary hike: ₹15,500/- (in CTC), ratio 30%, 30%, 40%, division 25% DA basic, 75% other allowances. Contract period: 01/03/2026 to 31/08/2029 (three and a half years). Leave enhancement: 3 days increase in leave of 366 workers, equal leave for all. Salary hike: Three times the gross salary sanctioned for medical reasons. Group Accident Policy: ₹5 lakh. Group Term Insurance Policy: ₹5 lakh. Timely completion bonus: ₹7,500/- for all workers. Bonus: Last financial year 24–25: ₹39,200/-, Increase during 2026–29: ₹43,800 to ₹59,100/-Production growth: 7% per annum in the first three years, 3.5% for the next six months.
While signing the agreement, MLA Mahesh Landge, organization guide Rohidas Gade, president Jeevansheth Yelawande and management representatives Sanjay Gawde, Pradeep Zhoting, Dheeraj Singh, Nimba Bhambre, Namdev Tachtode, Rahul Bhagwat were present on behalf of the organization. All the workers present received guidance in the program and a ceremony of distributing Pedha and bursting crackers was held to celebrate. This agreement, concluded under the leadership of the organization and with the cooperation of the management, is a strong testament to the rights of workers and has given a new direction to human development in the logistics sector.
