Over 4.12 lakh property owners paid their taxes in Q1 of FY 2025–26

Pimpri Chinchwad | The Tax Assessment and Collection Department of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has achieved a historic feat by collecting ₹522.72 crore in property tax in the first quarter (April 1 to June 30, 2025) of the financial year 2025–26—crossing the ₹500 crore mark in just 90 days for the first time in PCMC’s history.
To encourage citizens to pay early, the department had announced multiple rebates valid till June 30, 2025, which received overwhelming response. PCMC Commissioner and Administrator Shekhar Singh has thanked the citizens for their active participation.
