Project Execution & Future Plans
The civic body has initiated land acquisition processes, and construction will begin after approvals from state and central authorities. Additionally, land parcels have been reserved for the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, opening doors for future affordable housing projects in the region.
Officials believe that this expansion will significantly address the housing shortage and improve living standards in the city.
