Maharashtra’s Only “Waste to Wonder World Theme Park” Coming Up at Pimple Saudagar; Nana Kate Inspects the Work

Pimpri Chinchwad | At Rajmata Jijau Garden in Pimple Saudagar, Maharashtra’s only “Waste to Wonder World Theme Park” is being developed by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, which is expected to become a matter of pride and admiration for all. Former Opposition Leader Nana Kate inspected the work today. He also directed the concerned officials to complete the project as soon as possible.

Monuments representing the Seven Wonders of the World and other historic structures are being created here in the form of memorials. While developing this theme park, materials ranging from waste to sustainable resources are being used. A total of 17 historical monuments will be featured in this theme park. Among them are the Seven Wonders of the World such as the Taj Mahal, Eiffel Tower, Burj Khalifa, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Sydney Opera House, Ajanta Caves, La Sagrada Familia, Chichen Itza, Pyramid of Giza, Petra of Jordan, Colosseum of Rome, Big Ben of London, Angkor Wat of Cambodia, Hampi Chariot, Statue of Liberty, Trevi Fountain, and Mount Rushmore, which will all be recreated.

A total expenditure of ₹11.02 crore will be incurred for this entire theme park.

This theme park coming up at Pimple Saudagar is being developed under the concept and guidance of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister Ajit Dada Pawar. As the only park of its kind in Maharashtra, it will add to the glory of Pimpri Chinchwad city. There is no doubt that once completed, the “Waste to Wonder World Theme Park” will become a major tourist destination in Maharashtra.

Officials from the concerned department informed Nana Kate that the theme park will be completed soon and opened to the public.
