The shooting occurred near the iconic Space Needle and the International Fountain, prompting authorities to immediately evacuate the area. A massive police presence, along with firefighters and emergency medical teams, rushed to the scene as officials worked to secure the crowded venue.
Eyewitnesses told KOMO News that they heard several gunshots in rapid succession before terrified festival-goers began running for safety. The sudden burst of gunfire caused widespread panic, with people scrambling to escape the area and find shelter.
Following the incident, Seattle Police quickly cordoned off the entire location and urged residents and tourists to avoid the area while emergency operations continued.

Suspect’s Status Still Unclear
