Salary Hike for “Track Component” Workers in Chakan — ₹14,000 Increase!
Wage Agreement Signed in Presence of MLA Mahesh Landge

Workers’ Rights Strengthened by Swabhimani Kamgar Sanghatana

A major wage settlement was finalized between Track Component Ltd., Chakan Industrial Area, and the Swabhimani Shramik Kamgar Sanghatana. Under this agreement, company workers have received a salary hike of ₹14,100, marking one of the biggest wage revisions in the industrial belt. This boost will make the workers’ Diwali celebrations even sweeter this year.
This is the fourth wage revision agreement between the company management and the union. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of union’s chief advisor MLA Mahesh Landge, along with Rohidas Gade and Union President Jivan Yelwande.
On behalf of the union, the agreement was signed by General Secretary Krishna Rohokale, Secretary Raghunath More, Treasurer Amrit Chaudhary, Bhattu Patil, Mahadev Yelwande, Prashant Padekar, Ravindra Bhalerao, Grupo Antolin Unit President Sanjay Patil, Grupo Antolin Secretary Mahendra Kadam, Track Unit President Deepak Bahate, Vice-President Mintu Kumar, General Secretary Pravin Wadekar, Joint Secretary Anil Kumbhar, and Treasurer Savai Singh.
From the management side, CEO Rajesh Khanna, Plant Head Girish Bhendgave, HR Manager Avinash Chormale, and Jaydeep Katkar signed the agreement.
