Pune RMC Association Announces Updated Operational Timings for RMC Industry

Pune: In a significant move aimed at improving operational efficiency and ensuring systematic Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) supply across the Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad region, the Pune RMC Association has officially announced revised working hours for the RMC industry.

The newly introduced schedule is designed to enhance coordination, streamline concrete delivery operations, and maintain uninterrupted service standards for the rapidly growing construction sector in the region.

According to the officially released schedule, the operational timings have been divided into two structured working patterns during the week.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:
  Operations will remain functional from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday:
  Services will be available from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The association stated that the updated timings are expected to create a more planned and efficient supply chain for Ready Mix Concrete operations while helping customers receive timely and well-coordinated services.

Industry experts believe the revised framework will reduce operational congestion, improve dispatch management, and support smoother execution of ongoing infrastructure and construction projects across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

The Pune RMC Association has also appealed to all stakeholders, contractors, transport operators, and associated industry members to strictly follow the officially declared schedule to ensure seamless industry functioning and operational discipline.

With construction activities witnessing rapid growth across the Pune metropolitan region, the revised operational model is being viewed as a strategic step toward strengthening efficiency, time management, and service reliability within the RMC sector.
