Pimpri :  Against the backdrop of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation General Elections 2026, Tushar Kamthe, candidate of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction) from Pimpri Nilakh–Vishalnagar Ward No. 26, visited the weekly market at Pimpri Nilakh as part of his election campaign. During the visit, he interacted directly with vegetable vendors, small traders, and local residents, listening to their concerns and difficulties.

Citizens highlighted issues related to lack of basic facilities in the market, poor cleanliness, water supply problems, safety concerns, and traffic obstructions. After carefully listening to all these issues, Tushar Kamthe assured that appropriate and concrete measures would be implemented to address them.

Speaking on the occasion, Tushar Kamthe said,

He appealed to voters to press the button in front of the ‘Man Playing the Trumpet’ symbol on the polling day scheduled for 15 January, and ensure his victory with a large majority. A positive response to his campaign is being seen among citizens in the Pimpri Nilakh–Vishalnagar area.
