Sharing the news, writer-director Subodh Khanolkar expressed his joy and gratitude through a social media post, stating that the film touches upon significant social and cultural issues simmering beneath the surface in Konkan society, presented through the lens of traditional folk theatre.

Alongside Dilip Prabhavalkar, the film features a strong ensemble cast including Mahesh Manjrekar, Bharat Jadhav, Siddharth Menon, Abhinay Berde, Priyadarshini Indalkar, Vijay Kenkre, Sunil Tawde, Ravi Kale, and Aarti Wadgabalkar, all of whom have delivered impactful performances.
