The long-awaited computerized lottery for the Dudulgaon and Kiwale housing projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has finally been scheduled. BJP MLA Mahesh Landge, who consistently pursued this issue, has achieved success as Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) will conduct the lottery on Monday, 15 December 2025 at 10 AM at Natsamrat Nilu Phule Auditorium, Pimple Gurav.

With support from both the Central and State governments, PCMC has constructed 1,190 homes in Dudulgaon and 755 homes in Kiwale for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Online applications were invited earlier, and scrutiny of eligible applications has been completed. The formal computerized draw will now be conducted.
The event will be streamed live on the Corporation’s official Facebook and YouTube channels, informed Additional Commissioner Trupti Sandbhor.

Thanks to MLA Mahesh Landge’s continuous follow-up, meetings, and discussions with government authorities, this crucial milestone has been achieved. Thousands of families are now close to fulfilling their dream of owning a home. Under the PM Awas Yojana, more than 19,000 houses have already been constructed in the city. The goal is to make Pimpri-Chinchwad slum-free and ensure a home for every citizen in the coming years.
