Deadline Extended for Pune Housing and Area Development Board Applications Until 30 November
PHADB extends the application deadline for housing lottery schemes due to public demand and document completion issues.

The Pune Housing and Area Development Board (PHADB) had earlier announced various housing schemes through a notification issued on 11 September 2025, with the original deadline to submit applications set as 31 October 2025. This deadline was later extended to 21 November 2025.
However, many citizens requested another extension due to difficulties in completing required documents and other related reasons. Considering this strong public demand and the overwhelming response to the housing lottery schemes, the board has now extended the deadline until 30 November 2025 for submitting applications.
All other terms and details of the schemes will remain unchanged, exactly as stated in the original notification dated 11 September 2025, informed Rahul Sakore, Chief Officer of MHADA, through an official press release.
