A Rare Ruby Ring with 40 Natural Diamonds

Aamir Khan gifted Gauri Spratt a bespoke ring designed by luxury jewellery brand Qween. The centrepiece of the ring is a rare natural cabochon-cut ruby sourced from Madagascar, mounted on a crown-inspired gold setting and surrounded by 40 natural diamonds.

According to reports, the ruby is considered exceptionally rare, with less than 0.1% of the world’s rubies meeting such premium quality standards.

131 Artisans Crafted the Masterpiece

The exclusive ring reportedly took more than three months to source the perfect ruby. Once selected, the jewellery required over 256 hours of craftsmanship and was handcrafted by 131 skilled artisans, making it one of the most unique wedding gifts.

Not the First Luxury Ring from Aamir

This is not the first time Aamir has gifted Gauri a rare piece of jewellery. Earlier this year, she was seen wearing another custom-designed ring featuring a rare Brazilian aquamarine gemstone surrounded by 40 genuine diamonds, which was also gifted by the actor.

An Intimate Wedding Ceremony

Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt opted for a simple registered marriage attended by close family members and friends. Aamir’s three children, along with his son-in-law Nupur Shikhare, were present for the ceremony.

Several well-known personalities, including Raj Thackeray, Sharmila Thackeray, Rajkumar Hirani, and Vishal Bhardwaj, attended the private celebration.

Adding a personal touch to the ceremony, Aamir’s son Azad Rao Khan and Gauri’s son served as ring bearers, bringing the wedding rings to the couple during the exchange of vows.

Gauri Spratt’s Elegant Bridal Look

Gauri’s bridal outfit was designed by renowned fashion designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Moving away from the traditional red bridal attire, she chose a beautifully embroidered ivory floral lehenga paired with a sheer dupatta and elegant jewellery.

She completed her bridal look with minimal makeup and a relaxed Bohemian fishtail braid adorned with delicate white flowers, creating a sophisticated and timeless appearance.
