As part of the Independence Day celebrations, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Science Park has inaugurated a state-of-the-art robotics lab dedicated to students of civic schools. The new facility, developed through a collaboration with Leadership for Equity and Robotex India, is designed to provide students with hands-on learning experiences in robotics, electronics, programming, and artificial intelligence.

The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between traditional classroom education and modern technological advancements, inspiring students to think creatively and prepare for future careers in technology.

PCMC Commissioner Shekhar Singh expressed optimism about the lab’s impact, stating that it would enhance technical skills, ignite curiosity, and encourage innovation among young learners. The robotics lab is also expected to create a strong foundation for nurturing future engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers from Pimpri-Chinchwad’s civic schools.
