Renowned lawyer Adv. Mangesh Kharabe has been appointed as the legal advisor for the DSK Kunjban Cooperative Housing Society in Punawale. The management committee took this significant decision with the aim of bringing greater transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance to the society’s legal operations. The appointment letter was presented to Adv. Kharabe by the society’s Chairman, Adhikrao Dive-Patil. Secretary Nilesh Kale and members of the management committee also congratulated him on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Adhikrao Dive-Patil said, “The functioning of cooperative housing societies is becoming increasingly complex by the day. Proper guidance is essential regarding redevelopment, cooperative laws, agreements, meeting planning, documentation, and various other legal matters. Adv. Mangesh Kharabe’s experience and command over the law will certainly prove beneficial for the society’s operations. Adv. Mangesh Kharabe is recognized as a knowledgeable, young, and experienced lawyer in the legal field. He holds an LL.M. degree with specialization and an LL.B. degree. He has also completed his education in the Commerce stream with a first-class distinction. On this occasion, members of the society’s management committee congratulated Adv. Mangesh Kharabe and extended their best wishes for his future endeavors. Due to his remarkable work in the legal field, he has participated in various national and state-level moot court competitions and won numerous awards. He is a member of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Advocates’ Bar Association and has served as the Legal Advisor for Dhamveer Sambhaji Urban Co-operative Bank. Under the Chief Minister’s ‘Seven-Point Programme,’ he undertook the significant task of training over a thousand police officers from Pimpri-Chinchwad and the surrounding areas on the new criminal laws. Furthermore, he regularly serves as a guide, lecturer, and resource person for public awareness programs covering topics such as cyber law, women’s rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and traffic safety. He has also contributed as a judge for moot court, debate, and client counseling competitions at various reputed law colleges.
