D Y Patil College of Engineering Football Team Secures Runner-Up Position

PUNE: The Football Tournament concluded on 1st March 2026, marking a proud and memorable achievement for D Y Patil College of Engineering. The Football Boys Team secured the prestigious Runner-Up position at the Cummins Pentacles (Men’s) Tournament, hosted at MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women.

Competing against strong and determined teams, our players demonstrated exceptional teamwork, resilience, discipline, and true sportsmanship throughout the tournament . Their consistent and commendable performances earned them well-deserved recognition and applause.

The management and administration wholeheartedly congratulated the team for their remarkable accomplishment. Campus Trustee Mr. Tejash Patil appreciated the team’s dedication and relentless hard work. Director Radm (Retd) Amit Vikram lauded the players for their discipline and competitive spirit.
