Gondia: To manage the surge in passenger traffic during Christmas, New Year and winter vacation season, the Central Railway has announced the operation of winter special trains. The move aims to provide better travel convenience and confirmed seats for passengers during the high-demand festive period.
Keeping the seasonal rush in mind, the railway administration will operate a special weekly service between Bilaspur and Valsad, completing four trips during this period.
The initiative is expected to ease crowd pressure on regular trains, which typically run at full capacity during the winter holiday season.
