The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian women’s cricket team for the one-off Test match against Australia, scheduled during the February–March 2026 Australia tour. The Indian side will be led by Harmanpreet Kaur, with Smriti Mandhana appointed as vice-captain.

The Test match will be the concluding fixture of the multi-format series, which includes ODIs, T20Is, and a single Test, and will be played at Perth from March 7 to March 9, 2026.

Historic Match for Australian Captain

The Perth Test is expected to be a landmark encounter, as it will reportedly be the final international match of Australian captain Alyssa Healy, who recently announced her decision to retire following the series against India.
