From Plastic Waste to ₹1.5 Crore Turnover:
Plastic waste is one of the biggest environmental challenges in India. While most people throw plastic away as garbage, a young entrepreneur from Delhi saw an opportunity in it.

Mohammad Suhail founded Aether Packaging Solutions in 2019 during the COVID-19 lockdown after seeing piles of plastic outside his home. He started researching how to recycle plastic in a cost-effective and industrial way.

Today, his company has recycled more than 300 tons of plastic and generates an annual turnover of ₹1.5 crore. The recycled plastic is processed, melted, reshaped and supplied to more than 700 dealers across 60 cities in India.

Suhail aims to expand globally and build one of the world’s largest sustainable recycling brands.
