Pimpri Chinchwad Scholarship Result 2026 Announced

Pimpri-Chinchwad: The Maharashtra State Council of Examination, Pune, has announced the results of the Class 4 and Class 7 Scholarship Examination 2026, with a total of 234 students from Pimpri-Chinchwad securing places in the Pune district merit list.

According to the results, 131 Class 4 students and 103 Class 7 students from the city have made it to the district-level merit list. As many as 18 students from Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) schools have also secured positions in the district merit list, marking a significant achievement for civic-run schools.

For Class 4, a total of 2,796 students out of 8,199 who appeared from Pimpri-Chinchwad qualified for the scholarship examination. The overall Class 4 result stood at 30.45 per cent.

In Class 7, 2,034 students out of 5,490 candidates qualified, recording an overall result of 41.67 per cent.

Shivoham Pawar Tops Class 4

In Class 4, Shivoham Pawar from Dnyanprabodhini Vidyalaya emerged as the city topper by securing 92.66 per cent marks.

In Class 7, Preet Patil from H. A. High School topped the city with an impressive 92.61 per cent.

Schools Show Strong Performance

Students from several schools delivered an outstanding performance in the scholarship examination. Mahatma Phule Vidyalaya, Bhosari, had 15 Class 4 students feature in the merit list.

Similarly, Dnyanprabodhini Navnagar Vidyalaya recorded a strong performance in Class 7, with 20 students securing places in the merit list.

Students who make it to the scholarship merit list will also receive financial assistance. A Class 4 student will receive an annual scholarship of Rs 5,000, while a Class 7 student will receive Rs 7,500 annually.

The strong performance by students across Pimpri-Chinchwad reflects the growing academic achievements of students from both private and municipal schools. The inclusion of 18 PCMC school students in the district merit list is particularly significant and highlights the performance of civic-run schools in the scholarship examination.
