Fuel rates are updated every day at 6 AM based on several factors, including international crude oil prices, the rupee-dollar exchange rate, transportation costs, and local taxes.
According to the latest update, fuel prices have witnessed slight changes in several districts of Maharashtra. Vehicle owners and daily commuters are advised to check the revised rates before refueling.
Today’s Petrol and Diesel Prices in Major Maharashtra Cities
- Mumbai: Petrol ₹107.59, Diesel ₹94.08 per litre
- Pune: Petrol ₹108.92, Diesel ₹95.43 per litre
- Nagpur: Petrol ₹108.17, Diesel ₹94.73 per litre
- Nashik: Petrol ₹108.81, Diesel ₹95.32 per litre
- Kolhapur: Petrol ₹108.94, Diesel ₹95.47 per litre
- Solapur: Petrol ₹108.89, Diesel ₹95.42 per litre
- Thane: Petrol ₹107.98, Diesel ₹94.47 per litre
- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Petrol ₹111.03, Diesel ₹96.99 per litre
Among the listed cities, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar recorded one of the highest petrol prices at ₹111.03 per litre, while Mumbai continued to offer comparatively lower fuel rates. Variations in prices are primarily due to differences in local VAT, transportation charges, and district-level taxes.
