Dr. D. Y. Patil University Renamed as “Gyan Prasad Global University”
A step towards a global, innovative, and future-oriented identity in higher education.
Pimpri, October 30:
Dr. D. Y. Patil Gyan Prasad University has now emerged with a new global identity. The university has been renamed as “Gyan Prasad Global University”, announced Pro-Chancellor Dr. Somanath P. Patil and CEO Dr. Rohini S. Patil, representing the Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society.
The official announcement of Gyan Prasad Global University was made on Thursday, in the presence of Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Dheeraj Agrawal, Dr. Mohan Waman, and Registrar Dr. Atul Kumar Adhi.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Somanath Patil said,
“Gyan Prasad Global University represents a new global identity created by the Dr. D. Y. Patil Unitech Society. This transformation reflects the vision and efforts of Dr. D. Y. Patil, Dr. P. D. Patil, Dr. Bhagyashree Patil, and Dr. Rohini Patil. The renaming marks an important milestone
