Dharmendra Discharged from Hospital, Deol Family Issues Statement Denying Death Rumours
Bollywood veteran Dharmendra returns home from Breach Candy Hospital after recovering from respiratory issues; family urges media to stop spreading false news.

Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra, affectionately known as the He-Man of Indian Cinema, has been discharged from Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital after several days of treatment for breathing difficulties.
Over the past week, social-media platforms were flooded with false reports about his death, leading to widespread concern among fans. However, putting all speculation to rest, the Deol family confirmed that Dharmendra is now back home and under proper medical supervision.
In an official statement, the family appealed to the public and media, saying:
“Mr Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home. We request everyone not to spread unverified information. Please respect the family’s privacy. We are grateful for all your prayers and good wishes.”
According to hospital sources, the actor was admitted on October 10 and received treatment for respiratory complications. He was discharged around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
Actress Esha Deol and veteran star Hema Malini had earlier taken to social media to slam misleading reports and reassure fans that Dharmendra’s condition was improving.
