Commercial LPG Cylinder Price Slashed by ₹183.50

Businesses across India have received major relief after oil marketing companies announced a significant reduction in the price of 19-kg commercial LPG cylinders. Effective July 1, the price has been cut by ₹183.50 per cylinder, bringing down operational costs for restaurants, hotels, caterers and small food vendors.

The price reduction comes as global energy markets begin to stabilize following recent geopolitical tensions in West Asia that had pushed crude oil and LPG prices higher. With supply conditions improving, oil companies have now passed on the benefit by reducing commercial LPG rates.

Big Relief for Commercial Users

The latest price cut is expected to reduce fuel expenses for thousands of businesses that depend on commercial LPG cylinders for daily operations. Hotels, restaurants, cafes and street food vendors are likely to benefit the most from the revised rates.

Domestic LPG Prices Unchanged

While commercial consumers have received a major price relief, 14.2-kg domestic LPG cylinder prices remain unchanged. Oil companies have not announced any revision in household cooking gas prices.

Revised Commercial LPG Cylinder Prices

Following the ₹183.50 reduction, the new rates are:

• Delhi: ₹2,930 (Earlier: ₹3,113.50)
• Lucknow: ₹3,052.50 (Earlier: ₹3,236)
• Kolkata: ₹3,081.50
• Mumbai: ₹2,703
• Patna: ₹3,227

Officials said LPG prices continue to vary from city to city depending on transportation costs and local taxes.
