A junior assistant in the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad’s Panchayat Department, Amjad Khan Aslam Khan, has been suspended for alleged negligence and irresponsibility in official duties.
According to an official release, CEO Minal Karnawal issued the suspension order after serious lapses were noted in Amjad Khan’s handling of medical bill approvals.

While managing medical payment files, the assistant reportedly forwarded a bill for approval to the Chief Executive Officer without obtaining mandatory remarks from the Chief Accounts and Finance Officer.
Additionally, delays and incomplete handling of official work were observed, which violated administrative norms.
