Pune | Nearly five decades ago, a young student named Mr. Vinayak Pandharinath Bhongale, studying at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar School in Jalgaon (Jamod), took the first step on a humble journey. In 1989, with limited means and unlimited determination, he began working in agriculture as a helper for Mr. Ganeshrao Patil, earning just ₹700.
Today, Mr. Bhongale is a successful entrepreneur in the construction industry, known not only for his business acumen but also for his deep connection to his roots and his commitment to social upliftment. His journey proves that success is not defined solely by degrees or textbooks—but by experience, persistence, and purpose.
With this philosophy, Mr. Bhongale has launched a visionary initiative called “Earn & Learn”, focused on empowering local youth through real-world work experience and entrepreneurial exposure. The aim is not just to provide jobs, but to inspire a generation of self-reliant, skilled, and motivated entrepreneurs.
