Unites States Of America : Tensions in the Middle East have escalated sharply after recent military strikes by the United States and Israel on Iran. In response, Iran has reportedly imposed a partial blockade in the strategically crucial Strait of Hormuz — one of the world’s most vital oil shipping routes.

This move has raised serious concerns over global energy supply, with fears of rising fuel prices across international markets.

Reacting strongly, U.S. President Donald Trump issued a direct warning to Iran through a social media post. He stated that if the Strait of Hormuz is not fully reopened for safe maritime navigation within the next 48 hours, the United States will begin targeted action against Iran’s major energy infrastructure — starting with its largest power plants.

Iran’s actions have triggered global concern over maritime security and energy stability. Several countries have condemned the blockade, with Australia and United Arab Emirates joining the protest on Saturday.

With this, the number of nations opposing Iran’s move has now risen to 22. Major global powers including United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Japan have strongly criticized the blockade.

Experts warn that the escalating situation in the Middle East could have far-reaching impacts on the global economy and energy markets.
